As the provider of this website, and therefore the responsible party under data protection law, we are obligated to inform you of the purpose, scope and type of collection and use of your personal data. Personal data are individual details about the personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person.

During each visit to our website, data is collected, processed and used, and in the process the possibility of connection to an individual person cannot always be ruled out.

In order for the site to be displayed in your browser, the IP address must be collected and saved. As a rule, an IP address is assigned dynamically by your provider. This address tends to change regularly which means we cannot establish a reference to a person with an IP address. In isolated cases (i.e. with so-called static IP addresses), the establishment of a personal reference might however theoretically be possible.

However, as the site provider, we have no interest in establishing a personal reference and would as a rule not pursue this. Specifically, each time the website is accessed through your device (PC, mobile phone, etc.), the following sets of data are stored:

  • IP address of the accessing device,
  • The operating system of the accessing device,
  • The browser version of the accessing device,
  • The name of the accessed data,
  • The date and time of the access,
  • The amount of data transferred,
  • The referencing URL.

The stored data is evaluated only for statistical purposes and not for establishing a concrete personal reference. The data will also be used for the purposes of troubleshooting and debugging. The access statistics are calculated daily by our provider each night retroactively for the current month and are stored for a maximum of 6 months. For data privacy purposes, these IP addresses are anonymized with a mathematical algorithm and marked with the prefix “anon.”* This makes it possible to draw conclusions about the geographical origin of visitors via the first two or three numbers, but no single visitor can be identified.

Third-party hosting services

Data are also processed by a third-party provider that we have engaged to render hosting and website presentation services on our behalf. This provider processes on its servers all data that are collected in the manner specified below when you visit our website or fill in forms made available for this purpose in our website. Data are processed on other servers only in the scope described herein.

This service provider is based in an EU or EEA member state.
